Refund Process:

1. Premdham Ashram takes utmost care in processing donations according to the mandates provided by our donors, both offline and online.

2. In the event of an erroneous deduction or if a donor wishes to cancel/refund their donation, Premdham Ashram will respond within 7 working days from the date of receiving the complaint from the donor.

3. The timely refund of the wrongly deducted amount will depend on the type of payment method used during the transaction.

4. To request a refund, we require proof of deduction of the donation amount and a written communication for refund from the donor within two days after the donation.

5. If a receipt has already been issued, the donor needs to return the original receipt to our official address.

6. In cases where a tax exemption certificate has already been issued, a refund will not be possible.
